Overview
EqualAI uses service providers and subprocessors to operate, secure, support, and improve the application. These providers are allowed to process data only as needed to provide services to EqualAI.
EqualAI does not sell Google API data, does not use Google API data for advertising, and does not allow subprocessors to use Google API data for data brokerage or generalized AI/ML model training.
Provider Categories
Cloud hosting/database — Purpose: host application, store workspace and integration data. Google API data use: may store authorized integration data securely.
Monitoring/security — Purpose: reliability, logging, abuse prevention, and security. Google API data use: limited operational/security data only.
Payment processor — Purpose: billing and subscriptions. Google API data use: no Google API data.
Email/communications — Purpose: transactional emails and support. Google API data use: no Google API data unless included in a support request.
Approved AI API provider — Purpose: user-requested AI-assisted workflows. Google API data use: only where needed for a user-facing feature; no generalized model training.
DeepSeek — Purpose: AI model surface / crawler/provider reference where applicable. Google API data use: Google API data is not transferred to DeepSeek.
AI Provider Limits
Where EqualAI uses AI providers for user-facing features, EqualAI uses approved AI providers whose terms prohibit generalized model training on Customer Data.
EqualAI does not transfer Google Analytics or Google Search Console data, or prompts derived from that data, to DeepSeek or to any AI provider whose terms permit generalized model training on submitted content.
